Day 2: Discovering Algiers – History and Panoramas

• Morning guided tour of the Casbah of Algiers: discover its palaces, traditional houses, and ancient mosques. A UNESCO world heritage site
• Lunch at a traditional restaurant with breathtaking views over Algiers Bay.
• In the afternoon, visit the Palais des Raïs (Bastion 23) and the majestic Basilica of Notre-Dame d’Afrique.
• Late afternoon stroll through the city center, with a refreshing stop at the iconic Grande Poste Square.
• Dinner at a typical local restaurant.
• Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 3: Algiers – Boussaâda

Breakfast at the hotel.

Scenic transfer to Boussaâda by comfortable coach (approx. 3.5-hour journey).

Arrival in Boussaâda and traditional lunch.

Check-in at LE CAID Hotel (4 *), part of the prestigious El Djazair chain (formerly Saint George).

Day 4: Exploring Boussaâda and Surroundings

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit to the Étienne Dinet National Museum, dedicated to the famed orientalist painter Visit the historic El Nakhla Mosque.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Excursion to Ouligue, a picturesque historic village known for its gardens and palm grove, passing by the Ferrero waterfalls.
• Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for relaxation.
• In the evening, traditional dinner in a guesthouse, followed by a warm and festive cultural night.

Day 5: Boussaâda

Breakfast at the hotel.

Visit to the Handicraft House “maison de l’artisanat”, highlighting local craftsmanship.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

4x4 Desert/ sahara  Adventure: drive across the sand dunes of Boussaâda with a fantasy show.

Return to the hotel for a MECHOUI dinner (traditional spit-roasted lamb) and an animated evening.

Day 6: Boussaâda – Algiers

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free morning to enjoy the hotel and surrounding.
• Lunch at a typical restaurant.
• Afternoon return to Algiers.
• Check-in at the hotel upon arrival.
• Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Excursion to Tipaza and Cherchell

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Departure to Tipaza, a coastal city famous for its UNESCO-listed Roman ruins.
• Visit the theater, circus, baths, and Roman ruins—an exceptional site overlooking the sea, with the Chenoua Mountain in the background.
• Lunch at Tipaza port with fresh fish and local specialties.
• Visit to the Royal Mausoleum of Mauretania, also known as the Tomb of Queen Cleopatra Selene, wife of Juba II.
• Continue to Cherchell, a charming coastal town with ancient remains.
• Visit to the Archaeological Museum of Cherchell.
• Return to Algiers in the late afternoon.
• Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: gardens and Shopping in Algiers

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit to the magnificent  Jardin d’Essai du Hamma, a stunning botanical garden laid out like an amphitheater—one of the most important acclimatization gardens in the world.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Afternoon shopping.
